Shipping/Returns

Shipping:
We use the least expensive way of shipping since most of our items ship free.  If there is a carrier that you must use, let us know.

Order Status and Tracking:

We will send your order tracking number to you..  Please track your order.  We will do the same to ensure that it was delivered. 

Cancellations:
Any request for cancellation will be honored prior to the order being shipped.  Please submit cancellation requests by phone and followed up with a written request via email for your records and ours.

Damages:
Check your shipment as soon as it arrives.   If the shipping box is damaged, take a photo of the box prior to opening it.  Report it to the carrier and to us within 24 hours.   If the products are damaged due to shipping, a photo may be required for the carrier to cover your claim.

Returns:
All products may be returned within 5 business days from arrival and you pay the return shipping.    Contact us to let us know you will be returning the item along with the tracking number.  Refund will be returned upon arrival and inspection.

Product Variation:
Because Sweet Pickins Creations products are handmade, there will be some variation in size, color or design.
